The largest law firm in the state, Camara & Associates, will handle your legal to ensure that your investment is secure, and the professional Akumal Villas operates as property management. Our prices include ALL closing costs and legal charges – NO hidden fees.

Most properties are marketed by specific months that you retain year after year. My Akumal Retreat has created a rotating residents calendar for select properties. With the rotating calendar, you will have the opportunity to experience and enjoy the diversity of every week of the year, including your birthdays, anniversaries, holidays, etc.
